Terms of Service
These terms are an agreement between you and Sni K's ("we", "us") for your use of the Sni K's app and website. By creating an account or playing, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use Sni K's. Questions: support@sniks.app.
Who can play
You must be at least 13, or older if your country requires it to use online services without a parent's consent. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you confirm a parent or guardian has agreed to these terms.
Your account
Keep your sign-in details safe and don't share your account. You are responsible for what happens on it. Choose a username that isn't offensive, misleading or someone else's name or trademark; we may change or remove usernames that break these rules.
Play fair
Don't cheat. That includes using bots, scripts, modified apps, multiple accounts to gain an advantage, exploiting bugs, or harassing other players. If you do, we may reset your progress, remove rewards, or suspend or close your account.
Coins, lives, XP and other virtual items
Coins, lives, XP, ranks, power-ups and other in-game items are part of the game. They have no cash value, can't be exchanged for money, sold or transferred, and are licensed to you for use in Sni K's only. We may change how they work, and we may adjust balances that were gained through a bug or a breach of these terms. Except where the law or an app store's rules say otherwise, they are not refundable.
Giveaways
From time to time we run giveaways (raffles) with sneaker prizes. Entries use coins, which you can earn by playing. Each giveaway has its own details, such as entry limits and end date, shown in the app. Winners are drawn at random, and we may contact winners to verify eligibility and arrange delivery. Where a prize can't be delivered, we may offer a similar prize of equal or greater value. Giveaways are void where prohibited by law.
Sneaker deals and cashback
The app links to sneaker deals sold by third-party retailers. Those retailers, not us, sell the products, set the prices and handle delivery, returns and payment, under their own terms. Prices and availability can change. We may earn a commission when you buy through our links.
If you earn "Snik Credit" (cashback) on a purchase, it appears once the retailer confirms the sale, and it can be removed if the purchase is cancelled or returned. Snik Credit has no cash value and can only be used inside Sni K's as described in the app.
Subscriptions
If we offer a paid subscription, it is bought and managed through the App Store or Google Play. It renews automatically until you cancel in your store account settings, and the store's terms apply to billing and refunds. Deleting your Sni K's account does not cancel a store subscription.
Our content
The app, its questions, design, logos and software belong to us or our licensors. You may use them to play Sni K's for personal, non-commercial purposes. Brand names and logos of sneaker companies belong to their owners and are used to identify their products; their use doesn't mean those companies endorse Sni K's.
Other services
Some features rely on services we don't control, such as sign-in with Apple, Google or Facebook, app stores, ads and retailer websites. Their own terms apply when you use them.
Ending your account
You can delete your account at any time from Profile → Settings → Delete account. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms. When an account is closed, its virtual items and progress are lost.
Disclaimers
Sni K's is provided "as is". We work to keep it running and accurate, but we don't guarantee that it will always be available, error-free, or that every trivia answer is correct.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of virtual items, data or profits arising from your use of Sni K's. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law.
Changes
We may update these terms. If changes are important we will tell you in the app. Continuing to use Sni K's after an update means you accept the new terms.
